Arrupe welcomes neighborhood kids for after-school programming Monday through Friday.

When possible, The Learning Lamp staff will work with your child’s teacher to address specific academic needs such as vocabulary and spelling.

Our outreach staff are caring adults with Act 151 (Child Abuse), Act 34 (State Police) and Act 114 (FBI fingerprinting) clearances.

Outreach sites at Moxham and Oakhurst meet Mondays through Thursdays from 4 to 6 p.m.

and include homework help, structured recreational, enrichment, character- and team-building activities and a hot meal.

A strict behavior management and point reward system are followed.

Ongoing disciplinary issues can result in suspension from the program.

Financial assistance is available for families who qualify for the National School Lunch Program and have an approved OCSA's Free/Reduced Lunch Program application on file for the current school year.
